Xbox One and Windows 10 Exclusive.
Here’s breakdown of the Halo Infinite Trailer from E3 2018. Halo 6 has been revealed and it’s called Halo Infinite. The game features a new engine called the Slipspace Engine, a new classic inspired art style, and is set after the events of Halo 5 on what appears to be Installation 07.
Halo Infinite has already confirmed to have split screen support, multiple betas through a flighting program, black undersuits, a more Master Chief focused story campaign, and will release exclusively on Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs.
Here’s how you can record 4K 60fps gameplay on Xbox One X using the built-n Game DVR. All you need is an Xbox One X, a 4K Display, and an USB 3.0 storage device. No capture card is required, but a capture card will always be better.
For those wondering, the following Halo 5: Guardians gameplay was captured on Xbox One X using the built-in Game DVR. The recordings were not altered in post.
For those interested. The built-in Game DVR on Xbox One X records 4K 60fps footage around 25Mbps. For reference, Elgato’s HD60 Pro internal capture card can record up to 1080p 60fps footage at 60Mbps. Elgato’s 4K60fps internal capture card is not available until Nov 21st so I don’t know it’s bitrate.
Also keep in mind YouTube has a not-so-good compression setting. However despite the lower bitrate recording and YouTube’s compression, the footage still looks really good but the games look even better when you’re playing them on a 4K display.
12 Sandbox items are being changed this fall for Halo 5: Guardians those include: AR, BR, DMR, SMG, Gunfighter Magnum, Carbine, Fuel Rod Cannon, Energy Sword, Grenade Launcher, Beam Rifle, Rail Gun, and Active Camo
