Halo’s franchise director Frank O’Connor has directed our attention to a Halo 5: Guardians website counting down to 6pm Pacific March 22nd, 2015.
The website, huntthetruth.tumblr.com takes you to a mysterious tumblr page featuring the Halo 5: Guardians logo, the hashtag #HUNTtheTruth(Hunt The Truth), and a bullet with the word “Traitor” inscribed.
What do you think will be revealed? Perhaps a trailer for Halo 5: Guardians? Only time will tell.
Frank O’Connor and Rob Semsey have both shot down two of the more popular theories/speculations in relation to the unknown Spartan-like figure in the Halo 5: Guardians teaser image.
It’s not female and is not Cortana in any shape or form. So that leaves the question what is it? Could it be a playable character just like the introduction of the Arbiter in Halo 2. Or could it be an enemy? Leave your thoughts!
Update: Josh Holmes makes it even more apparent this is a new character and a male!
